As Mia delves deeper into the NullZone, she encounters cryptic entities that claim to be remnants of a forgotten civilization. They reveal that the NeuroScape was originally created as a refuge for humanity's consciousness after a cataclysmic event threatened the physical world. SynapseCorp twisted this sanctuary into a controlled paradise, suppressing humanity's potential for growth.
