Townsville is a simple place. Home of the heroes known as the Powerpuff Girls, at least that was once upon a time. In a world where heroes are no longer needed and peace reigns, what does a super powered individual do? Live their lives as normal teenagers of course.

Mitchell "Mitch" Mitchelson finds himself returning to Townsville after being away for 10 years. What he finds is a changed place with little similarities to his childhood. When he's reunited with his old friend Buttercup, he learns that not all is well. Now it's up to him to teach the three former heroes what it really means to be human.
