Townsville is a simple place. Home of the heroes known as the Powerpuff Girls, at least that was once upon a time. In a world where heroes are no longer needed and peace reigns, what does a super powered individual do? Live their lives as normal teenagers of course.

Mitchell "Mitch" Mitchelson finds himself returning to Townsville after being away for 10 years. What he finds is a changed place with little similarities to his childhood.
