"Do you remember The Birds, my child?"
"Yes. We pray for them every night."
"Do you know why?"
"No."
"It is because, dear one, without The Birds, we would not have memories. Therefore we would not exist."

A short story about The Birds. In This World, they are more than tiny flying creatures who decorate the trees. They are the reason for Life. This story will leave you looking to the Sky in wonder. Thinking about something as small as a feather, to as great as the Dying of the Sun.

How the Dolphin Taught the Swan to Fly

20 parts Ongoing

Everyone can fly, but not everyone remembers they have the wings to do so. Two masks made from illustration boards lay lifeless on an unkept bed. One was in the shape of a small swan painted with horrendous hues of white, yellow-green, and loud orange while the other was an attractive dolphin-shaped mask with a palette of different shades of blue. Unsuspecting, and inanimate, they become unrelenting and unforgiving visual reminders that trigger a gamut of sentiments and unwarranted sensations. HOW THE DOLPHIN TAUGHT THE SWAN TO FLY is a fable built from fragments of a broken friendship and concludes with powerful lessons of hope and self-acceptance.
