She can create anything with fire with her hands. When she double taps the creation, her fingers spray water so that it disappears so that she can create something new. She has a gauge on her hand showing her how much water she has for her quirk, so she has to always drink water throughout the day. If her gauge goes down too low, her vision becomes blurry and she gets dizzy. If it is too low for too long, she eventually loses consciousness. Her water helps keep her body temperature down as well, so when she uses her fire her body doesn't overheat so long as she has a good amount of water.

Endeavor cheated on Rei Todoroki, with a woman named Kokoro Takao, and they had a daughter named Himari Takao. Himari had a half-sister and 3 half-brothers, Fuyumi Todoroki, Natsuo Todoroki, Shoto Todoroki, and Touya Todoroki who 'died' when they were kids. Her mother died when she was born, and Endeavor had to raise her and she lived with her half-siblings. Endeavor trained her everyday with Shoto since she got her quirk. Himari had burns and scars covering her arms and hands, and some on her legs and on her neck and jaw. She always covers these up with her jacket, gloves, and bandages.
When Himari was 14, she ran away from home, after a big argument about her future, and how she needed to be a hero and go to UA. But that was the last thing she wanted to be. She never had a good perspective on heroes after living with and being raised by Endeavor. After that argument, she left. She didn't tell anyone, she just left. She went off, and pursued her dream of being a performer. She's been a part of a popular circus for two years, and became famous by the age of 16 for her fire stunts and talent. She hasn't contacted her family or siblings since she left, and was just known as missing. She wears a mask to hide her identity from the public, not wanting to ever return to her old life.
