And if one was a girl and the other a boy, then the young man would dedicate his life to protecting his lady.
In this world, people were blessed with elemental gifts; each with its destiny. Fire foretold temper and courage. Water promised emotion and versatility. Stone gave strength and stability. Flower represented passion and determination. Gust symbolized wisdom and patience. But above every element, were the two stable forces. The Sun, which demanded power and authority, and the Moon, which suggested silence and healing.
Korbyn Doshere was chosen by the Sun, and his Twin of Time, Araya Mishari received the gift of the Moon. But when disaster befalls the kingdom because of the Moon, Korbyn must decide how far he is willing to go to keep his twin alive.
