Madison's going through a hard time what with her father being sick, running the family restaurant, and just trying to make rent. Her upstairs neighbor, the guy in apartment 209, makes noise like an elephant stampede every morning at three in the morning like clockwork. Madison gets sick of it and decides to confront him.
Cooper is just out to have fun. At anyone's expence. He can be nice when he chooses to be. Then this little spitfire shows up at his door at three in the morning.
