RJA (Rogue Juveniles of America) is a group of teens in America who feel like there isn't any point of being Americas little sweet hearts they want the rest of the world to think.

Rebecca Kaitlyn Ross is in that precise situation. Her parents were murdered, more or less in front of her, and she's seeking revenge. She's had her fair share of loneliness, betrayal, and sacrifice and now it's her turn to get it all back.
