In the realm of Axos, humans exist with supernatural powers that are the basis of society and technology. Advancements, achievements, having a strong ability and being able to use it efficiently stood as the major symbol of class, with abilities tying into traits like intelligence with research to back it. Thus, the brightest and strongest of each generation were all sent to Avernius, the floating city at the center of the continent close to the core of the realm, the pinnacle of human achievement and an eternal shrine to the constellations, the humans that have transcended mortality through their ability.
Of course, there is a deeper meaning in the schools in this magnificent city, as the schools produce tons of successful students every year, with the best being deemed as rankers. The cream of the crop is then put through trials and tests in order to attempt to qualify for the DECK initiative, who's original initiative was to create more constellations but now has a different role to play.
As the current year approached, the covenant, a human that had transcended the realm of constellations and maintained the barrier around the realm, died for a mysterious reason. Thus, the graduates of the DECK initiative were gathered and each were put through tests designed to help them ascend into the position.
In this story, the characters are all rankers from the four high schools and are attempting to qualify for DECK as they go through the qualification test for the program.

[DISCONTINUED] "Humans are all different, everyone's unique in their own way", I'm sure you all have heard this at some point in your life. I say that's not true. Everybody is same and not just because of one pair of eyes, ears and limbs. No, It's because of various things that we do at some point of time in our lives. One of them is - Hoping. Hoping for a great life, hoping for a good friend, hoping to get a great boyfriend, and so on. No matter if you believe in god, devil or nothing at all, you hope for something anyway. Arav Tarak, 17 year old kid, kid with not much of a social life except for his two friends and one that would rather sit at home playing games and read books than going at parties. Someone wouldn't leave much of an impression in your mind. That is, until the era of demi-humans came forth. A world-wide phenomenon gave birth to Grimoire and power in humans, who were later termed 'Grimors'. One of those grimors was Lucifer. Will Amar use his abilities to help people? Will he use his ability to become a beacon of hope? Or would this new life give him nothing but sour and back-stabbing aftertaste? Stay tuned to know about it. ______________________________________________________________________________ This was my first story on wattpad and I was really excited about this one. I had abandoned it years ago but now I'm restarting it again by creating another book with few (a lot, to be honest) changes in the plot. Hope you check that out and enjoy it. Until next time.

Pearseus: Schism

13 parts Complete

This is the entire Schism, the first book of the Pearseus series that reached #1 on Amazon, that lays down the back story to Rise of the Prince. It's New Year's Eve, the year of 2099, but the distinguished guests aboard the Pearseus won't get to countdown seconds; soon they'll be counting bodies and survivors after the spaceship's crash landing on another planet. The good news? The planet is seemingly hospitable both in resources and in terms of the natives' attitude towards earthlings. The bad news? They might have come on this planet bare of possessions, but what they haven't been able to shed are the shortcomings of their human nature. Will that be the sole threat to a unified future, or is the new land and its first inhabitants not as innocent as they look?
