Jenna Marie Russo grew up in San Antonio , TX. She was raised in a Christian household , and for her , being the youngest of five children wasn't easy. She had a complicated relationship with her parents because of how little they were at home , and her older siblings were always out with their friends or partners. She remained home alone almost every day. When she was young , she became interested in voice acting and took voice lessons in her early teen years , as that was something she always wanted to do. When she was 18 , she moved to Los Angeles , California , where she temporarily worked as a waitress to support herself. She would attend auditions to work as a voice actress or even TV commercials and voice over work on television. She eventually becomes a popular , well known voice actress , when she meets Kirk Hammett , an attractive guitar player for the thrash metal band , Metallica. They became good friends after talking and it was clear they both liked each other , but they never admitted it , until one night.
