When someone has a high IQ and is capable of things that others have been learning for years, the government views them as a major threat and has only one solution: employ them to avoid future rivals and keep an eye on them while maintaining control over them.

Spencer Reid was one such individual. He worked with the FBI for 15 years and learnt how to enter into the thoughts of criminals. He also knew many other things that everyone would wonder how he knew. He even knew how to avoid murder flawlessly, but he knows it has nothing to do with this one. He was innocent.

Spider-Man: Wrongfully Accused (An MCU Fanfic)

16 parts Complete

(WARNING!!!! THIS NOVEL CONTAINS SPOILERS FROM AVENGERS ENDGAME AND SPIDER-MAN: FAR FROM HOME!!!!) When Peter Parker stopped Quentin Beck, AKA Mysterio, from attacking London, and his friends, he thought that was the last he'd seen of the double-crossing illusionist. But this manipulative poser was one step ahead of him. All it took was a fake video, a false accusation, and exposure from J. Jonah Jameson to ruin Peter's life forever. Now the public's view on superheroes has soured, and Peter's secret identity is public to everyone. Without Stark to guide him and now a fugitive from the law, Peter and his allies must do everything in their power to clear his name and repair his damaged reputation. He just needs a good lawyer. Maybe two. A good law firm. Such as Murdock, Walters, and Page.
