Sherlock cuts the bs and doesn't even care about what's up Moriarty's butt. He gets down from the building, ultimately surprising the heck out of Moriarty because it was sooo unexpected. Ofc John follows his sorry ass. Follows him into an onion-smelling void of god-knows-what.

The void leads to the living room of David & Shrek's house on the Swamp.
