She doesn't have the guts to leave things just like that because he was the most amazing thing that happened in her life. She will then do everything in order for her to take back what she had. Although it wasn't just his memory loss that can stop her from bringing him back.

Also I headcannon Dr. Harley Sawyers age around early 30's and Y/n in late 20's I don't own Poppy Playtime and the characters.
