In werewolf society there are few things as important as the Mate Bond. As civilization grew and new packs began to form, the act of finding your mate became more difficult. It wasn't till the late 19th century that werewolves as a collective, came up with a solution to this problem.
It became customary that after young werewolf came of age, once a year they would gather in a chosen pack's territory. This event was considered a great honor to host. A huge week long party with the goal of helping werewolves find their other half.
After holding one, it was said the moon goddess would bless that pack with prosperity for the rest of the year. This year the gathering is to be held in the IronBlood Pack's land. A pack that remained secluded from the rest of werewolf society until only a few years previous.
What will happen when Alexander Costa, the eldest son of the Alpha king; attending the gathering for the third time. Begins to smell the intoxicating scent of freshly fallen rain and cinnamon wafting from the pack cells.
