April Morgan is fifteen. Her life was perfect...until her parents died in a car accident. She is now in foster care, but she is depressed and cries everyday. She used to be a straight A student, but her marks are going down just as she enters high school. April doesn't find her life worth living anymore...until she meets her English teacher, Miss Shayla.
