(Sonic Boom version because it's my favorite out of all of them. Plus, I wanted to see how it goes). 6 months had passed ever since the events of "Sonic X Season 2" while on Earth, 6 years had passed. The Equestrian-Christian Guard visit their friends on Mobius, having received a help signal from Sonic when a young alien girl named Cosmo crashes onto Mobius looking for the famous blue blur. With a much darker force looming over them, everyone is plunged into a war that will decide the fate of the universe as they look for the Chaos Emeralds, which Sonic had scattered during his first battle with the villainous Dark Oak, leader of the Metarex.

    During this time, Tails and Cosmo grow close and feelings start to develop, as does a sisterly bond between Cosmo, Creecha's daughter Grace, and Wallflower Blush, but with the Metarex War going on and Cosmo's own insecurities surfacing after facing a lot of trauma, those bonds will be tested as they travel through space to end the war once and for all.

Despite no longer afraid to be themselves it does not change how the world truly feels about them. The Freedom Fighters are nothing but hideous freaks. They know this. They are still held back by their past traumas that keep them from being able to move on and become better. Not only that, new threats and dramas keep popping out of nowhere and just make life even harder. Sure, there are no demons in the story this time, but everyone still has their inner demons. No one is free from despair. Try as they might to change things, it will prove overbearingly difficult and could tear them a part for good.

The girl's name is Cosmo and she tells our heroes about the evil Metarex. With the Metarex stealing plant eggs, the team flies in space to battle these new foes. Will our heroes stop the Metarex before it's too late?

Flora Foundry AU (A Sonic AU) by SquishyWritesStories

Some incident has occurred...the world will never remain the same again. The badniks, the eggforces, the enemies that Sonic and his friends, practically everyone was fighting against from the very beginning, had suddenly took no orders from Eggman, probably because none of his machines even remembers him. With no one to command the machines, the machines all wander around and are forced to adapt to the environment and into the societies that feared and despised them. As this happens, some form of disease breaks out as these strange light cyan pollen like things starts to infest the whole Mobius, making any of the living organisms LITERALLY melt. The ones who are not affected by it are of course, the ones who can regenerate and the /machines/. A society where they are forced to work with the eggforces, or what they used to be to survive through an already melting world...like as if that's possible, right? Disclaimer: Since I am a new writer and new to the Sonic fandom still, I may write some of the characters inaccurately. I will try my best to put as much research into the characters as possible to aim for character accuracy. Due to that reason, do expect some slow updates as I want to give more care of this story as I do with the rest of mine. No ships or any sort of romance would be featured or added here due to me, myself as the writer is not comfortable writing that sort of topic. And of course, none of these characters (due to being an AU) rightfully belong to me, they belong to SEGA. These characters are just going to be altered versions of the originals. Sonic Boom: Travels (Shadora) by Nyx_Wind

Life starts out exciting for a pink hedgehog by the name of Aurora when she sets out on her own for the first time at the age of 20. The only downside to this is an extremely over-protective dad (Sonic) who constantly worries about the most ridiculous things happening to you, and the mom (Amy Rose) always pushes to set you free when it's time. Everything changes for Aurora and a black hedgehog named Shadow when they crash into each other at Shadow Canyons. Aurora is in awe that she is with her longtime fantasy crush, and so is Shadow when he sees that he finally meets her again from his last trip through time. The two hedgehogs train each other for future challenges, until the death of Amy Rose occurs. Devastated, Aurora goes out to search for the Chaos Emeralds to save all the dimensions in existence (later figuring out she has to do more), figure out more about her powers, and to find Shadow's missing ex-girlfriend. They meet a sprite, a loyal wolf, a resistance, a young bat, a twist-hearted meerkat, and twin hedgehogs that share similarities with Shadow and Aurora. Throughout the journey, they all learn the power of teamwork, making Shadow feel unsure since what happened on Space Colony ARK and the last fiasco teaming up with Eggman. Shadow and Aurora get closer throughout the mission, but will they remain strong? Will they work together to accomplish the pink hedgehog's promise to her deceased BFF and mother? Why would Shadow team up with Aurora and their "friends"? Could it be to reach destiny, or true love? Who knows what'll happen next? What would Sonic think of all of this? So many questions. When Eclipse was a child she experienced her parents murdered right in front of her by a fang, when she was hiding from the intruder, the fang found her as well and turn her just like him and cut off her tail being an abusive master. Unable to control her new abilities and filled with grief and pain Eclipse went on a rampage, killing everyone in sight for 2 years including her new-found master. A special unit, that works for GUN, specializes in unordinary cases and cases that GUN fails to execute or too difficult to complete, were sent to eliminate Eclipse, they captured her instead, after learning of her traumatic past because of one of the members powers, the same member felt sympathy towards Eclipse and slowly helped her become herself again and trained her to control her powers. Now Eclipse is a member of the secret unit, doing everything her mentor taught her to keep Mobius safe and keeping herself in check of turning into her worse nightmare. When Eclipse is sent to investigate the city she encounters a powerful being and is captured, What will happen to her while she is trapped with a cold heartless being as she herself is a monster?

Following many traumatic events, Tails as an adult as well as his friends start to tread on thin ice. He has not only endured the most messed up things growing up, but he has also done some horrible things whether it was for good intentions or not. With this revelation in mind, things start to happen between the Freedom Fighters. Everyone is hurting each other and themselves, whether they wanted this or not. They could never have avoided this outcome. They are no longer fucking kids, and they know it.

Once again Sonic is criticized by Hedgehog Village. Though he was voted to be banished (due to the fact that he hurt Eggman for real). Even his own friends agreed to banish him. Though by the time he was needed again due to the fact that Eggman had them all fooled and a few hedgehogs were reported missing, they realized something happened to him. Though when they found him, he was in a trance (assuming he was sick). Knuckles 'who felt bad' watched over him but unfortunately, he turned his back and Sonic went missing. Everyone was sent on a frantic search. The team entered a beautiful fancy village named Transtopia (owned and lead by (Sonics other old flame) Serena and Camilla) There Knuckles meets their beautiful protector. A blue hedgehog (that bored little resemblance to Queen Aleena) named Shayera Blue Star. Though she looked familiar to Knuckles. This protector was a real fighter. To Knuckles there was something about her that Knuckles couldn't help but see.
