The Wicked Ones

Two months after the fatal outbreak that nearly killed the youth of America, something in Casey changed. She may have survived Blackburn's virus but now she has to deal with the consequences,of Pubescent Cerebral Corrosion-PCC for short, which may be far worse. Casey and the other survivors have developed special abilities that frighten not only themselves but the remaining human race.
Now Casey along with other kids are on the on the lookout for a sanctuary and are on the run from a group of ordinary human hunters who have dedicated their lives to capturing and killing the PCC survivors. In midst of the search they find a safe haven run by the wicked ones, a group of dissoluted kids under the control of Jack Donovan, who will stop at nothing until the entire human race is eradicated or under their control. Casey is then faced with a choice. Will she will take a stand and defend her people or will she try to reasson with the hunters.
