A young maid, Azalia, who works for her living at Alterwood Academy for minor kingdom royals, encounters some of the royals while doing her daily chores. Two young dragon twins, Rose and Kade, seek a friend while their older siblings, Ace and Phoenix, are busy in class. While Azalia balances the four siblings, another royal, Divine Apollo, gets dragged into the friendly mini-mob. Between her cruel boss, terrible co-workers, ungrateful students, and two attention-needy kids, the girl suddenly has her hands full. On top of that, another revenge-seeking evil is slowly rising against her friends. Will she make it through the trials and finally see the beautiful world, like she dreamed of? Or will the chaos of a crumbling world drag her down with her friends?

It was the Dragonhaärt. All the good dragons combined their spirits and a Dragonheart was born. This heart could control all dragon powers put together and Armageddon was defeated and sealed. This was however at a terrible price. Dragons suffered extinction and the Dragonheart was lost forever. Prophets and seers prophesied the return of the Dragonheart and the final defeat of Armageddon. In time all this came to be known as "The Tragic Legend." As to when the Dragonheart would return, no one knew.
