The battle for Earth has been done, Izuku had given up his life in order to prevent the Khaos Brigade from destroying the world as well as ending the lives of the Supernatural in order to prove a point. Izuku now finds himself back in his world but that isn't really his, within a pod where he finds his childhood doctor Dr. Ujiko Daruma. He is undergoing the process of becoming a Nomu based on his beaten and bloody body. Will he escape? 
Izuku's quirks being given to him are consisting of four only.
