Adam Carter an 18-year-old boy who lives with a foster family after escaping a demon attack at the orphanage he stayed at when he was 11. That was 7 years ago now, the trauma and guilt from that night still haunts him to the day. For a while, he was afraid they would eventually come for him but things settled down and life was going normally. Until one day he hears about some demon sightings on the news and from that point on all normalcy is out the window.

(I got permission from the author of the original to remake this story. I plan on going for a more grounded version of the original story. Some things will have minor differences while some things will be majorly different. Thanks again to @Soulwanderer58 for letting me remake this.)
