This is about a girl named Alex Stone. She lives a pretty rough life with a single mom. Plus, her mom's job isn't very pleasant. Alex has a pretty positive look on things and people which is good most of the time but bad at others. This is just her story.

Alex is the new kid at school. After transferring from his private school friendless and bullied, it was safe to say that he was terrified. He lived alone basically. His parents are great, but they're always out on business trips. He had no friends at his old school, he was just the one they made fun of. Alex has some issues of his own.
