Doug Van Housen (Matthew Lillard) was the school's bully. Always tormenting on the kids who never obeyed him, or anything pertaining to himself. Daisy, sister of Shelly was a good girl. Hated the fact her sister did nothing but torment the family, and date a monster in Daisy's eyes. Shelly and Doug didn't care about Daisy, their brother, or mother and father. Once Shelly tells Doug to ruin sweet little Daisy, Doug had no greater pleasure than doing so.
