Kassandra was no stranger to the world of professional football. Having had a short stint as a player herself she had a passion for the sport. When her team collapses, she decides it's time to pursue another career. Not wanting to leave the atmosphere of the game yet. She pursued a career as a personal trainer for football teams. Fresh out of university she lands a job at the club AFC Richmond. At first, the club wasn't a nice workplace filled with sexist managers, rude coaches, touchy owners looking to cheat on their wives, and egotistical players who thought she wasn't a real trainer and treated her as such. When the owner's wife takes over the club hires a new manager and coaching staff who believe everyone is family her spirits are renewed, and she begins to enjoy her job again. When her younger brother joins the team everyone can immediately see how different they are. As the team goes through a range of losses, wins, pillow fights, and karaoke sessions she begins to get closer to two players. One sassy and ghost-fighting Frenchman and the other a brutally honest and calm Dutchman.
