Its the year 1951, twelve years after World War II. During that war, young George Shelley lost his father. Ever since then, he made a promise. A promise to join the army on his 19th birthday. In boot camp, he finds himself getting awfully close to a fellow soldier, JJ Hamblett. Almost to close. But what happens when war breaks out and the couple, er, friends are forced to fight?
