While escaping from her adopted father, Sirius was struck by a car and fell into a coma.
While in a coma, her brain created an imaginary world for her. A world where everyone was kind, a world where everyone loved her and a world where no one will hurt her.
Despite the pain, and suffering she has endured, she can now find peace and happiness in her dream world, where her mind has created a world where love and affection are at last within her reach.
She would experience happiness that she had never felt in the real world.
