The Survivor
Trust is a fragile thing. Slow to form, easy to rip apart. For Jora Dame, it couldn't be more true. At barely sixteen, she was accused of a crime she didn't commit and nearly lost her life for it. When she realizes the Jedi are far from what they're supposed to be, Jora leaves the Jedi Order and few remaining friends to start a new life. As time passes, pieces of her past resurface, whether she likes it or not. With Order 66 happening, keeping her past identity hidden is harder than ever. The galaxy is dangerous now more than ever, the only option for surviving seeming to be trusting again. But that might be too much for Jora. "A crew member," he started to explain. "Or, you know, partner, I guess. I'm doing this job for someone, might need your help. What do you say?" "I'll pass," I said once I'd put the credits into a pouch with the rest and stuffing it into one of my many pockets. "I don't work well with people." "You're a deeply mistrusting person...and I respect that," he said, as if he knew my true reason. "But come on, you need the work. You probably haven't had a real meal in well over a month, have you? If this mission goes well, we can keep doing it until you get enough money to properly be on your own. It's not like I'll hurt you or anything. What do you have to lose?" I didn't say anything. What did I have to lose? Nothing. Not anymore. He was right, I was on my own, I hadn't eaten in days. This was the only chance I had, and if he was tricking me, well. I didn't have anything to lose. "Okay," I said finally. "I'm in."

This infomation soon comes to haunt the batch as the past catches up to a certain marksman who has no choice but to 'disappear' from the universe in order to keep everyone safe but it costs him deeply. At what cost? Well in fact, it impacts the lives of all those around him, not that they know it. The memory of the past is fuzzy to some until a young blood female child takes the shot that ends the war against the ruthless Empire, but not only does happiness come, the past returns and not everyone is happy to discover what has happened. The Jedi Rebellion had been squashed with the Clone troopers executing the Jedi. Unfortunately, the so called "Jedi Rebellion" had caused some casualties. The Empire was cementing its place as the new government of the galaxy, and with it comes a new senator of Naboo. The senator will help transition Naboo from the Republic to the Empire, but not without a few challenges and secrets of her own. Not only did she have to juggle her new duties as senator, but also her grief that threatens to consume her at any moment. She will meet a certain squad of deserter clones along the way, but are they friend or foe? Can they help her heal and teach her to move on, or will she simply self-destruct on herself and everyone around her? These deserters seem to bring trouble whenever she's around. "General Windu assigned a Jedi to us for this mission," Hunter stated. "Oh, how fabulous." Crosshair grumbled. "Do we know anything about this Jedi?" Tech inquired. "No," Hunter replied. "So we won't be able to blow anything up?" Wrecker asked sadly. "Oh, you'll be able to blow something up." Fives grinned as he walked up to them. "And how do you know that?" Tech questioned just as a shuttle zoomed onto the landing deck. The ramp to the shuttle lowered and the famous Jedi general Mace Windu walked down the ramp beside another Jedi in bronze armor. Lighting flashed across the sky as the rain poured down upon the two Jedi. "That Is Jedi General Celine Kryze and she is far from the normal Jedi." Fives nodded as he walked away. The sound of metal clanking against mental as the Jedi approached. "Master Kryze this is the squad I was telling you about." General Windu nodded. "I see, you must be the sergeant of this squad," Celine confirmed. At a very young life, Celine Kryze vowed to live by the Jedi code, but that changes when she meets a small boy from a desert planet named Anakin Skywalker. As time goes on she learns to love and supports her little brother. However, her peaceful life on Coruscant was quickly interrupted by the start of the Clone Wars. The Bad Batch: Tech and Vel
During the Clone Wars, the Bad Batch is tasked with a variety of missions across the galaxy. An unexpected addition to their team throws a wrench in the mix, particularly for Tech, who finds a particular connection with the disillusioned Padawan-turned-mechanic named Vel. Let's be honest... this is a slow burn, cheesy romance with just enough immersion in the Star Wars world to give us all a little vacation with one of our favorite clones. No smut, just PG-13 romance and adventure. It's like a mix of Pride and Prejudice and the Jim and Pam dynamic from The Office. Also, I did my best to keep a steady plot line and tried to think of all the potential plot holes or questions or whatnot, but ultimately, this was just an excuse to indulge in imagining a little romantic adventure for Tech. Six grueling months of separation have changed the Batch. Crosshair is done. He's given up trying to fight, feeling as if there's no point in even trying. Omega is fueled. She's ready to come home to her family, no matter the risks. Althea is tired. Tired of losing people, tired of Hunter's overprotective nature, tired of failing. Hunter is desperate. Finding Omega leads the team to dangerous places, and he's terrified of losing the family he has left. Wrecker is worried. He wants nothing more than for his family to be put back together, but with Omega and Crosshair missing, Tech gone, Echo with Rex, and Hunter and Althea's relationship being strained, that proves to be more difficult than he'd like.
