That's right folks! We've got a crossover between your favorite web-head and My Hero Academia! A quick rundown would be that

American boy Peter Parker was a young boy, barely 4 when his parents had died, nobody really knew how. But he was Forced to move to Japan to be with his godparents, his Aunt May and Uncle Ben. Peter was, as it turns out, a Quirkless boy.. He grew up in a home that they could barely afford so when he one day got bit by a spider on a field trip that gave him powers he could pass off as a quirk.. he decided he had to be a hero. Not for himself, but for what little family he had left. If that means going to Japan most prestigious hero school, then so be it!

TLDR:Peter Parker is Quirkless and broke but spider bites give powers so it's money time.
