This is a fan made alternative to sword art online as a sheer entertainment and practice exorcize. Please note, alot of changes are here, as I just want to take the premise and give you all my own way of presenting the same concept.

Y/n L/n was a well off high school student that was met with a stroke of misfortune. With the advent of a new virtual reality headset that could physically place you inside your games, he excitedly purchased one, unaware that the consequences would be much more than he bargained for. When the game becomes too real, he is forced to adapt, and when he's pushed to the breaking point, he is forced to become the villain of his own story. This is not a story about the good guy. The protagonist takes the role of a tragic villain in this story. He will commit acts that are at best questionable and at worst monstrous. The Black Swordsman
This is a retelling of my least favorite arc in, "Sword Art Online," which is the, "Fairy Dance Arc." I am going to attempt writing my own version of the story that is much darker and focuses on things that the original arc didn't focus on. The story follows Kirito, after he wakes up from beating, "Sword Art Online." He learns that Asuna didn't wake up with him and he now struggles to find a reason to keep trying to live his life. Once he learns that Asuna is still alive in a different game, he must find the motivation to become the player that he once was in, "Sword Art Online," in order to save her from a threat unlike anything he has faced, before. The Lightning Flash
This is part two of my, "Sword Art Online," fan fiction series and if you haven't read part 1 which is called, "The Black Swordsman," then I highly recommend you read that first. This series is my take on the, "Death Gun," Arc from "SAO" and focuses on Asuna and Sinone, who develop a very close bond with one another as they learn to deal with their trauma by participating in a brand new VR game called, "Gun Gale Online." Although, the appearance of a sinister new villain, Death Gun and the return of an old foe, POH, causes massive panic in the world of, "Gun Gale Online." This causes Kirito, Klein and Agil to all join the tournament as well since they think the villains are going to strike during the tournament.
