The 50,000 year war between the Sontarans and Rutans reaches its climax as both races prepare to acquire a time travelling genius who is able to bring victory to both their sides. Although the Doctor has time and time again interfered with the plans of the Sontarans and Rutans in their bloodthirsty conflict, he has become the centre of the attraction of both species to capture. Able to evade both the Sontarans and the Rutans, the Tenth Doctor becomes unaware as to who his friends truly are when shape shifters manipulate and play with him. By this time however, he has played right into the hands of the Sontarans, or the Rutans?

By acquiring the Doctor, the Sontarans and the Rutans prepare to create a clone of the Doctor to become a military strategist in successfully winning the war against their opponents. This then goes to extreme levels, as each race declare war upon the universe with the Doctor. However, the clone splits off a previous incarnation of the Doctor, and in his Eighth incarnation, must team up with his original being to turn the war on the Sontarans and Rutans to a perpetual end. With two Doctors, two warrior races, one settlement to bring the bloodshed to an end before the universe is encapsulated within it...

A large unidentified spacecraft mysteriously begins to approach the Earth. The Doctor and his friends have been called into UNIT to help understand this strange happening. So far, the craft seems to contain non-hostile forms of life, but with the American Commander in control of the operation with his grand plans of protecting the Earth, his actions are about to make the situation dramatically worse... As the Doctor and his friends are taken aboard the spacecraft, the situation becomes quite clear. The Commander seems hell-bent on trying to wipe out these aliens. With his deceptive measures to help prove that these aliens are hostile, the Doctor must now stop a bloodbath taking place from the aliens and the Earth and wiping out millions of people. As the Time War rages for the sake of the whole of the creation, the Daleks infiltrate time and space to change the course of events in their aid to bring about the destruction of the Time Lords and fulfil their supreme role within the universe. The War Doctor delves into the past, present, and future of the Dalek race to find a weakness or a preventative in ending the Last Great Time War. When analysing the events of past timelines, the Doctor discovers the horror of the plans the Daleks lay for the Time Lords and the rest of the universe, engineered by dreaded Dalek creator Davros himself... As disturbing and frightening events are made possible, the Doctor and Davros are taken on a journey which sees the two forge and collaborate to bring the Time War to an end. Their differences remain unsettled, and the pair would hardly willingly work with each other, but the Doctor and Davros believe in preventing the Time War from destroying all forms of life in the universe - Time Lord and Dalek alike. A parallel alternate race of War Lords, with the members of their race doubles in every detail, begin to bring about the destruction of the Time Lords. A Doctor and Sarah Jane Smith fanfic. It has been over a decade since The Doctor left Sarah Jane back on Earth, but she is still finding things a little hard without him. She has taken it upon herself to fight aliens that come to earth, hoping that she might one day run into him. One day Sarah Jane witnesses a large rock fall to earth near where she lives and decides to investigate it herself. When she takes a sample of the rock a purple gas is released from it, it goes straight into Sarah Jane's body. At that moment the Tardis materialises and the tenth Doctor steps out of it. The Doctor doesn't figure out that Sarah Jane has been taken over until it is almost too late for both of them. After a series of unusual events Sarah Jane finds herself at home, not remembering meeting the Doctor again at all, but this time she isn't the only one left behind.

But is it truly someone in need, or the most elaborate trap the Doctor had ever encountered? Join the Doctors, his most popular companions, and two surprise guests as they unravel the mystery of the Menagerie! This was fun to write, as I have been a fan of Doctor Who since I was nine years old during the Tom Baker era. I studied hard to try to capture each Doctor's personality as they speak and interact, although I do admit that having a cast of 28 causes several characters to get lost within the dialogue. I made this as canonically correct as possible, pulling each Doctor and his corresponding companion from episodes to make this possible, but if you catch me in an error... I claim AU! Ha ha. It is for all intents and purposes a Capaldi episode, within his first season, long before Face the Raven. This is a Doctor Who fanfic for superfans only, as the entire first section only describes each Doctor by his attire, so you have to guess which is which by their apparel and companions. If you aren't familiar with each and every Doctor, this story will get very confusing. That being said, I hope you enjoy!
