A story revolving around a young teen and his friend who are trying to find out why he is still conscious of himself after being infected while the rest of the undead don't seem to have consciousness of their own being. Along the way he meets a group of humans who were from his school and they start to work together in hopes of finding some kind of cure or at least something that can help prevent them from becoming brain dead zombies.
