A Repunzal retelling. A princess doomed to a life under dragon rule 600 years before her birth is now bound to live in a deserted castle only to be saved if someone is to make it to her tower, slay her dragon guardian and retrieve her. Although she is losing hope for years have passed and she has not seen a single being, at least not that is still living. With no visitors except for her mother the dragon Queen Gothel who comes every 3 months to check in on her, the princess grows miserable. In her desperation she leaves her room in the tower for the first time in years, where she discovers many things unexpected. Will she survive her life of loneliness bound to a tower all alone? Or will she find that the castle is not as desolate as she had believed.
