Izuku Midoriya has always wanted to be a hero with a smile on his face, despite being Quirkless which has made him the face of ridiculous for the majority of his childhood.

When Izuku makes a friend with the new kid at his school, he discovers that they are a member of a team of thieves and villains called the Rouges.

Will Izuku Midoriya make the decision to become a fugitive of the law to finally be able to make a name for himself or will he give it all up?
