HE DIDN'T UNDERSTAND WHY BUT WHENEVER HE SAW GOKU HE ALWAYS HAD A BIG SMILE ON HIS FACE JUST LIKE GOKU HAD.

HE ALWAYS THOUGHT THAT HIS SIBLINGS WOULD CHANGE, BUT NOT UNTIL HIS LITTLE SISTER WHO IS A YEAR YOUNGER THAN HIM FOUND OUT THAT HER FIRST OLDER BROTHER WAS GOING TO MAKE THINGS WORSE FOR ISSEI, THAT SHE STARTED TO REALISE THAT HER BROTHER RYU WAS EVILER IN MIND.
