When Medea, a witch, is taken to Hogwarts in 1974 by Dumbledore, her late arrival surprises everyone. While students know her by Medea Gander, her true name is Medea Gaunt. The Gaunt family goes all the way back to Salazar Slytherin, just like other pure-blood families, such as the Blacks. Put into Ravenclaw, Medea begins to finish the plan her family started. As she starts to carry out her families wishes, strange events begin to occur, starting with a murder, and ending in much worse. Trying to navigate this mystery and keep her secret safe, a fellow classmate, Regulus Back, begins to catch on to who Medea may actually be.
