(I'm sorry but that was really stupid Paul I hope you know I'm not enjoying this.). anyway was that formal enough for you? basically, my psychiatrist told me i need to "release my feelings", and apparently the only way to do that is by writing them inside some dumb book. (Damn you Paul). It's not even worth it, but you're the only thing that will "listen to my problems" so might as well right?
