Ashley is a very unique girl with very tough issues in her life. Everyday she has to battle depression. And most of all the voices in her head. The voices keep trying to pull her into the good life. The good life not in this world. She was abused ever since she was a baby, until she was adopted by a single father at the age of 6. She was always too afraid to tell her dad what she felt, so she stayed in her room and slowly suffered through every day, trying to get through. One day the voices finally took over, and Ashley was sent to a hospital for a very long time, luckily surviving the event that almost took her life away from her. But one thing always helped her NOT to let the voices get her away. It was music. Music was the only thing that could quite the voices. It was like they were scared of it or something. She listened to music everyday, and kept close to it. Three Days Grace was the band that truly helped her through the tough times, out of ALL of the rock bands she listened to. This is my original story but there are some similarities to her's, so please go show her stories some love because she definitely deserves it. Runawaying from Redshore city wasn't my plan but I felt trapped in that city. You never could make it unless you had connections or were from a famous family and that's not how I wanted it to go. I love to sing and my best friend got me into dance. Now I love going with the flow and letting the music take over my body. I ran away from my home with nothing but my skateboard, guitar and a back full with anything I could shove inside of it. Now I live in a studio apartment, making my own songs with choreography for them and casually posting the audio of the song or the actual dance video on the internet because why not. I work at a skate shop to help pay my bills and to stay out of trouble with the police since I've gotten in trouble with them a couple of times for street performing without a license. But like my best friend used to say, "You're only in trouble if you get caught" and I never did, so now I just chat up with them to pass some time or to help someone. When I heard of a singing competition I thought it couldn't hurt. I mean I might be able to win a nice prize and get some more publicity for my music, which was more important to me then some cash prize but it would be nice.Lengkap
