Rhodey look at the flip phone he was aggravated at Steve but he was gonna do this for the sake and safety of Tony and their unborn child he press the only number and call it.

"Tony?" Steve's questioning voice asked from the other line.

Rhodey sigh "It's me Steve, Rhodey."

"Oh, --why did you call?" Steve's voice was hesistant.

"It's- it's Tony he's-" Rhodey let a tear slip from his eyes.

"He's?" Steve questioned his heart beginning to filled with worry.

"He's in a coma, he's four months pregnant!" Rhodey blurted the words feeling numb the other line went silent.

As soon as Steve heard the words he felt his whole world stop spinning, his mind racing and his heart stopped beating thinking of the hundreds possibilities.

In which Steve left Tony in the broken down facility barely alive both of them hadn't know about the baby within Tony's womb when Steve was sending letters after letters to Tony unbeknownst to Steve. Rhodey was the one who gets them because Tony is in a coma and when Rhodey was inform of the bound weakening and it being needed for both the safety of Tony and the baby he make the executive decision to call Steve even the anger in his veins at the man who had left his mate is still there he needed to call him, Tony and the baby needed Steve.
