Luke, a heartbroken 17-year-old boy, is walking home from work after a late night shift at McDonald's. He is thinking about his ex-girlfriend, Sera, and begins to remember the good times he had with her. He sends her a text message asking her to be his girlfriend again, but soon after the message is sent, his life takes a turn in another direction.

Hiya! This is my first upload to Wattpad, a short story I wrote while I was feeling stressed about first semester exams. When I'm feeling stressed out, I usually end up creating characters whose only purpose is to die in their story, so this is most likely Luke's only story. Also, “Blinded” was written with influence from the lyrics of the song “Blinding” by Jakwob. While this is not my best writing, I still hope you enjoy this short one-shot. Expect more and better works from me!
