Paul and Delilah Richards were some of the Kookiest Kooks. They were successful in life. Paul owed several condo rentals and a boat rental on the island. Delilah was born into a wealthy family in Charleston and married into wealth. The two of them had two daughters, Anna (35) and Kalani (20).
According to Delilah, Anna shamed the family when she got involved with Pogues. At nineteen, Anna got pregnant with her daughter, Kiara, and hurried to marry off her now husband, Mike Carrera. Mike and Anna created a restaurant a few years later and did everything to give Kiara a good life.
So, Delilah had a plan to fix her family's image. At the time of the disgrace, Delilah had another daughter, who just turned four. So, she did everything in her power to ensure that at least one daughter would marry into another Kook family. The Camerons.
Ward Cameron and his first wife, Elizabeth, just moved onto the Figure Eight. They were considered "new money" since Ward's company was taking off, Cameron Development. They also had two kids, Rafe (3 1/2) and Sarah (a few months old). And so, Delilah's plan went into action.
2019.
Kai and Rafe were going to get married in the summer of 2019 after nearly sixteen years together. Kai was forced to have play dates with Rafe when they were younger, leading them to "date" in 1st grade. Due to the pressure of their families, they just never broke up.
They were given everything in life, because they were obedient to their parents.
But is that enough?
