Everyone knows that the three primary colours used to mix every other colour visible to the human eye are blue, yellow, and red. Red tends to be associated with emotions and objects such as anger or fire hyrants, or blood and mortality perhaps. Blue tends to be associated with water, and both daylight and nighttime skies, maybe Viagra if you're the sort of person who sees that often. And yellow, associated perhaps with happy feelings, sunshine, daisies and bright dandelions. So if we all agree these colours portray all these things, what happens if someone sees them differently? What happens if a person thinks the colour yellow represents depression and basic sadness, or the colour green represents comfort and welcome. Or if the colour purple represents death and fear. What then?
