Don't know what that means?

It means she was born a vampire, not turned into one. Her whole family was recently murdered by vampire hunters who are trying to kill off all purebloods.

However, Rose's mother made her run as soon as her younger sister had been killed. And that's exactly what Rose has been doing for the last 3 months. Running.

But she's sick of running from the people who killed her entire family in cold blood. So she picks a spot, stays there, and lets fate take it's course. If they don't find her then their lucky. 

And if they do find her, then they better bring an army with them because an angry pureblood is a deadly pureblood.
