Twins Roxy and Cody have been put into multiple foster homes after CPS learned they had abusive parents. But the foster homes aren't any better. So, after their parents die in a car wreck going to rehab, the two are put into an orphanage. By chance, iHasCupQuake and her fiancée go to the orphanage and adopt them.
