"You ever wonder what's behind that fence?" Brandon used to whisper under his breath. "No, I want nothing to do with that damn fence." I retorted back, remembering all the horrible rumors about it. 'Nothing to do with that damn fence.' That's what I say, or what I used to say anyways. 

I used to hate that fence, I used to want nothing to do with it, all up until that night. That night that changed everything. My thoughts, my words, my actions, everything. Everything.
