Cecilia has just arrived at the Sailor Scout's school. She has no clue who the Sailor Scouts are, who the Starlights are, and who she really is.
Luna has told the scouts that a Sailor Scout's presence has been sensed. Luna and Artemis has warned the girls about her.
When Cecilia meets the girls, she feels welcomed. They suspect her of being a minion from another evil doer.
One fateful night, when the scouts are in need, a new powerful scout shows up. She's even stronger that Sailor Moon.
When the scouts find out who the scout is, they are shocked. They become even more shocked when a few more scouts show up from a whole nother galaxy!
