Jade Winston, A mischievous city girl found out that she has power to control the elements but unfortunately her parents report her to police but she realized that the people that captures DOES NOT look like the polices. Turns out she was captured by the SSOPC (secret society of powered children) and was brought to a building containing kids that also have powers just like her.
She became friends with a few kids and became part of a group called the IPC.
One day, she's assigned to be on a mission to save a royal family from being assassinated.
