What starts off as a simple errand for Mika's roommate, Shu Itsuki, blossoms into a cozy, romantic adventure that encompasses themes of acceptance and self-love. 

Mika is tasked by Shu to go and pick up some of his favorite coffee from the local cafe, but problems arise as Mika nears the cafe, seeing it bustling with crowds of strangers and judging eyes. On the verge of returning to his Oshi-san with the bad news of his failure, Mika notices a familiar barista behind the counter: Arashi Narukami.
