She liked daisies. She liked the smell of them, and she liked the happy "vibes" that they gave off. She said they had potential. She liked the daisies not only for their visual appeal, but for their hidden meaning. Their metaphorical value, as she said. At least, this is what she said when asked about the topic. "What is the metaphor?" We would all ask. "That" she replied. "Is something you can find out". I was never truly sure what it meant, but like the other 70 kids at Reagan High School I was determined to find out. Little did I know what the metaphor was or how it could impact lives.

"You're not bothered that I l-like girls?" "Bothered? How could I be? You liking girls is just as normal as me liking guys. Just because you're into something different than me doesn't make you any less of me. Everybody is unique. Nobody is the same. Embrace your differences. You're amazing just the way you are." For the first time since I've met her, Juliet smiles. *_*_* This is a short story about a nobody who makes a difference in a somebody's life. *_*_* •Genre: Short Story, Teen Fiction •All of the rights goes to me, sidrules12, so please do not steal my idea or anything else in this story. •WARNING: This story contains bullying that may result to some triggers within the readers.
