Kat travels to London with her brother Grell and her father, to meet a lady that is Kat's stepmother. One year, Grell and her father don't come back from work and Kat can either choose to stay with her stepmother and two sisters or be sold to some man. It's hard to choose because her stepmother treats her like a slave.
In Ciel's world everything went as planned, until Kat showed up. She changed everything, even his butler he grew to love.
