I have been in your shoes, many years ago. Constant battles with negative thoughts, low-self esteem, deprived from lack of love and care from family, a girl and friendships. There were things I'd keep thinking, "What is wrong with me, why can't I keep calm and positive, why do i keep battling with these thoughts even when I know they serve me no good?"

I highlighted all the problems I faced and the steps to which these problems were solved, for me to become a man with a better self-image, excelling in all areas of life and for the good part, experiencing genuine love and happiness within me.
