Twin Speedsters

Reborn in central City, Missouri as Nathan "Jay" Jason Allen, the former Child of Prophecy, the twin brother of Barry Allen. As the Allen Twins see their mother murdered as they father is falsely accused of the murder and is imprisoned. Years later they are struck by a bolt of lightning gaining Super Speed becoming the fastest Men alive.
