Victor Frankenstein, a soon-to-be college dropout, is your academic rival. He's smart, he's tall, and you're both competing for the top of your class. Yet when Victor drops out you find being top of class no longer fun. After almost a year without contact, you go to find him. When you do he is completely different and seems to have forgotten to care for himself. So you have taken it upon yourself to do so.
Tl;dr: academic rivalry slow burn w/ Victor Frankenstein 'till he drops out and when you go to visit he hasn't taken care of himself so you gotta.
